Important: Please note that we only accept refunds or exchanges within 30 days of receiving the product, and only if it’s unused, undamaged, and has all its original tags intact.
Due to the intimate nature of earrings during COVID-19, all items are final sale.
Each earring will have slight variations because of the natural materials that they are made from and each piece is hand made.
Damages and issues
We always do quality control before shipping any products to you, but sometimes things happen and items could get damaged during transit. If you receive a defective/damaged item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo and details of the defect within 30 days of when you received the package.
Once we receive the photo showing the defect and confirm the problem, we’ll either replace the product if still available or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment, whichever option you prefer. The refund will fully cover the purchase cost and shipping cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings that have been worn or that are not damaged. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
